love the style. and the coloring. and the detail of the splash of blood on his mask. also, looks weirdly vacant. creepy, actually. not sure why. i'd love to get a hand on his journal, wouldn't you? bet it's a fascinating read.

yeah, i tried to make it look kind of creepy but i don't think the look of light from a fire is totally there. I wanted to put more blood but then that would probably make the painting too confusing. I bet his journal's complex and hard to read. I wonder how they're going to play on that journal in the movie.

Awww, he looks so at peace at this moment. He was the best character in the book along with Comedian. Great job on the pic

Hey, Thanks! It didn't turn out like how i wanted it to though. This is actually supposed to be the moment when he watches the kidnapper's house burn down and makes sure that nobody survives. I tried to make the lighting yellow/orange-y so that it looked like the light source was fire but at least you like it.

awesome, i recognize that panel, great job, amazing, but there fire efect thing its right , its kinda lacking a little bit

yeah, it was one of those things where i didn't really know what i was doing and just made things up as i went along. Thanks for the comment btw.

Thanks! Looking at it now....i feel like there should be more blood...but that's about as much as there was in the panel.
